Fill out our application below. This helps us know what you are looking for and helps us get to know you better!

Step 2

Once you turn in your application, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you do not hear back from us within a few days please reach out, sometimes things can get missed. My number is 801-920-7477. I am happy to FaceTime whenever!

Step 3

We will then email you with our contract and next steps to reserve your spot in pick of litter.

Step 4

You will send your signed contract and $500 reservation fee. The fee will be applied to your total. Once both are received, we will place you on the waitlist or with an available puppy.

Step 5

You get to pick your puppy! Puppies are chosen in the order reservations are received. Once your puppy is 8 weeks old you get to take him/her home!
